Welcome to Obsum! These Terms of Service act as a binding agreement between you and MNV ENTERPRISES ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, generating a website, or simply browsing our platform, you agree to follow the rules laid out below.

Please read these terms carefully. If you are using our service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

1. The Obsum Service

Obsum is an AI-powered platform designed to help businesses effortlessly generate, edit, and host websites using publicly available sentiment data and reviews. Our core function relies on analyzing the public links (like Google Maps) you provide to build a tailored online presence.

When you use our tool, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use our platform strictly for creating and managing websites for businesses you legitimately represent or have authorization to act on behalf of.

2. Plans and Billing

We offer several tiers of service, including Free, Pro, and custom agency plans. Each plan has specific limits regarding the number of websites you can host, the amount of review data you can process, and access to premium features (like custom domains or HTML exports).

Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring schedule (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: All payments made to MNV ENTERPRISES are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly required by local consumer protection laws. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to your paid features until the billing period ends.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

We want Obsum to be a powerful tool for legitimate businesses. Consequently, you agree not to use our service to:

• Create websites for businesses you do not own or lack explicit permission to represent.
• Generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract our proprietary generation algorithms, page structures, or code.
• Bypass plan limitations through automated scripts or multiple overlapping free accounts.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found violating these principles, without refund or prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

Your Stuff: Any branding, specific textual inputs, or business data you feed into the platform remains yours. You simply grant us the permission to host and process that data to provide the service.

Our Stuff: The underlying software, interface design, generation prompts, UI components, and the overall "look and feel" of the Obsum platform remain the exclusive property of MNV ENTERPRISES.

Third-Party Content: Because Obsum ingests public reviews and map data, you acknowledge that we do not control this third-party information. We are not responsible if a third-party platform changes its rules or restricts access, which may affect your generated website.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We strive to keep Obsum running smoothly 24/7, but we provide the service on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, completely error-free generations, or specific business outcomes (like increased sales or higher search rankings) as a result of using a website built by Obsum.

To the absolute maximum extent permitted by law, MNV ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total financial liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If any dispute arises out of your use of Obsum, we ask that you first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution.

Should a formal dispute be necessary, you agree to resolve it exclusively through the competent courts located in India.
